X Factor Tickets Competition on Global Radio stations
November & December 2009
RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at Heart.co.uk, Galaxyfm.com, lbc.co.uk, capitalfm.com, reddragonfm.com, trentfm.co.uk, leicestersound.co.uk, mercuryfm.co.uk, hertsmercury.co.uk, ramfm.co.uk, ten17.co.uk & trentfm.co.uk) apply to X Factor competition ("the Competition") which will run from 3/10/09 to 11/12/09 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is one of the participating stations listed below.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station. The promoter of the competition is Global Radio
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to station website. Online entry will open at on Tuesday 3rd November 2009 and close at 1200 midday on Thursday 10th December 2009.
3. Entrants will be asked to answer a number of questions correctly. Entrants who answer all questions correctly will be put into a draw to win the prize.
4. You may enter once in any 24 hour period. Entry periods will close at 11.59 each day, and re-open at midday each day. Entrants may not enter more than once in any of the 24 hour periods; multiple entries will be removed. Each entrant will therefore have up to seven chances of winning in each Thursday’s draw.”
Eligibility: 5. Multiple competition entries will be permitted.
6. Competition entrants must be over 18. See further age restrictions relating to prize below.
Prize:
7. Each winner will receive 1 x pair of tickets to Saturday night or Sunday night X Factor live show (2 pairs in total each week).
8. The live show happens at Fountain Studios in Wembley. Winners must be able to travel to this location on the relevant day. The competition winner attending must be over 18 years old, and their guest must be 12 years or over. Proof of identity may be required, or proof of age if the guest appears to be under 12 years of age. Tickets are non-transferable and must not be offered for sale Further information regarding collection of tickets will be given to the competition winner.
9. As consideration for your admittance to the studio you hereby consent to being filmed, photographed and recorded for the purposes of The X Factor.
10. The Studio company has the right to refuse admission to any person or may require any person to leave the studio in the event of unacceptable behaviour.
11. No smoking, food or drink is allowed in the studio. All mobile telephones and pagers must be switched off. The taking of photographs and the making of any form of visual and/or sound recording is strictly forbidden.
12. The competition winner must comply with all security/safety requests made by the studio.
13. If a competition winner requires special arrangements or assistance (e.g. wheelchair access) then you must notify Global Radio in advance of the show and we will do our best to accommodate in conjunction with the studio.
